Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands. You agree that any dispute or action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the terms or your use of the Site shall be commenced only in the Dutch courts and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any such dispute or action.
