	TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA (ex Dutch Data Protection Act and following paragraphs) In accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act, Pirelli RE Netherlands BV - which is responsible for the handling and treatment of personal data in the person of its delegated representative “pro-tempore” in the Board of Directors about this matter - wishes to inform you that: Pirelli RE Netherlands B.V. uses information that regard your person for the sole purpose of activities that are related and/or connected to our institutional business or referred to the certain actions carried out by our company, such as managerial processes, statistics, trading, marketing and market research as well as commercial and promotional activities. Personal data can be collected and/or acquired directly from Pirelli RE Netherlands B.V. and/or through third parties. The supply of personal data for the purposes mentioned above is optional, but the eventual refusal to supply them in all or part has the consequence not to allow the company to be enabled to supply the related services, also mentioned above. For the above purposes, personal data will be held by Pirelli RE Netherlands B.V. in the form of paper or electronic archives (databases) that are used to elaborate data for the already indicated activities. In any case, your personal data will not be provided to third parties. Furthermore, the Dutch Data Protection Act confers to the individual the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the individual can request Pirelli whether any personal data is processed by Pirelli and if so, Pirelli will provide such individual with a complete overview of such personal data, with a description of the purpose for which the personal data is used, the categories of data on which the processing is applicable and the receivers or categories of receivers of such personal data. If available, Pirelli will also provide such individual with any information relating to the source of such personal data. In case Pirelli has provided the aforementioned information to an individual, such individual may request Pirelli to correct, supplement, remove or block such personal data in case such personal data: (i) is factually incorrect; (ii) is not relevant for or incomplete with respect to the purpose for which such data is being processed; or (iii) is being processed contrary to any applicable law. Subject to certain limitations, Pirelli is obliged to inform any third parties to whom personal data was provided of any change in such personal data pursuant to a request as aforementioned in so far as such request was granted by Pirelli. Such termination by you will not be effective if Spazio, in its sole discretion and without notice to you or otherwise, determines that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon any termination of these terms, you must destroy all information and materials obtained by you or on your behalf from the Site and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
