The Company owns 100% of the Units of an Italian closed-end real estate fund called "Spazio Industriale" which is - as at today - the only Company's asset.
The Fund is currently managed by Pirelli RE SGR.
On 16 December 2009 the Fund Manager entered into a co-agency agreement with Pirelli RE Agency and Celtic Italy for the commercialization of the assets of Spazio Industriale Fund.
