Use of Proceeds
The net proceeds from this offer is approximately Euro 240 million, and they will be used to acquire the already existing platform (a Joint Venture between Pirelli RE and SREI, to finance and pay down existing debt on the Portfolio, to finance the existing development initiatives, to make further acquisition and for general corporate purposes.
